Torchlight procession at the Schauenberg
Torchlight retreat through the vineyard and ascent to the Schauenberg chapel on the heights of Pfaffenheim by torchlight. Office of the Innocent Saints. Resumption of a custom dating back to the 17th century: recognition of the Pfaffenheimois to the Virgin following the Thirty Years' War and the plague epidemic that followed. At the end of the service, the Community of Sisters and the Schauenberg Association offer a hot drink.
Possibility to buy the torches on site proposed by the Municipal Youth Council.
